We have always manufactured all of our products from the highest grade Merino sheepskins available. It is important to understand however that sheepskin is a natural material and is therefore subject to variances in thickness and suppleness. While we have put in place very strict quality guidelines no two boots will be the same. The synthetic materials many ugg boots (and nearly all other footwear) are made from are not like this, there will be no discernable difference between the materials used. But no synthetic material comes close to the comfort, authenticity, warmth and circulation that high grade sheepskin offers. Take a close look at our pictures; you will see the variances, the slight changes in tone but also very durable stitching and extremely thick wool fibres. If you’re after a boot without these variations we kindly ask you consider another vendor.
